First Day of Winter
Today is the first official day of winter. I am always very happy to reach December 21st because the days will start getting longer again. It won’t feel different for a long while, but to be back on the upswing in comparison to the gloomy, dark, downward spiral to hell, gives me a small glimmer of hope.
